Located 200 m from the main beach in Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie, this holiday cottage for 6 people is ideal for a beach vacation. Enjoy the nearby surf school and skatepark, as well as the many bike paths for exploring the coast. A surfboard and 4 bicycles are provided free of charge so you can make the most of your stay.

This fully renovated house welcomes you for a stay just 200 meters from the ocean. The entrance is accessed via a few steps.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a first bedroom with a 140-cm double bed and its own bathroom with a toilet (accessible via a few steps), a second bedroom with two 80-cm beds, and a third bedroom with a 160-cm bed and its own private bathroom. A separate toilet completes this sleeping area.

On the garden level, the bright living area combines the living room, dining area, and kitchen, with direct access to the terrace.

Outside, enjoy a fully enclosed private terrace, furnished with patio furniture and a plancha grill for your al fresco meals.

To enhance your stay, a surfboard, two bodyboards, and a bicycle are available for your use.

Free street parking is available on a private road.
