Outside, you'll enjoy a private 25 m² terrace, separated from the other units by planters, offering a pleasant view of the Sea. It's furnished with a table, garden chairs and outdoor furniture for your moments of relaxation.
Non-nominative parking spaces reserved for residents are also available.
