This set of two semi-detached Holiday cottages welcomes you to the north of the Vendée, for a stay to discover the beaches of Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie (13 km) and the Grand Défi leisure park (18 km). You'll find yourself in the Countryside, yet close to shops in the village of Saint-Révérend (2.5 km) and supermarkets (8 km).

The large Soleil Holiday cottage (H85G032178) comprises, on the first floor, a living room/kitchen with connected TV designed to accommodate 23 people, two shower rooms/WC with PMR access, a laundry room/WC, a bedroom with 2 twin beds (90cm) with PRM access from the outside, a bedroom with a 160cm bed, a bedroom with 2 twin beds (90cm), a bedroom with a 180cm bed and a shower room opening onto the bedroom, and a separate WC. An interior mache separates the living area from the sleeping area. On the first floor, which has a slightly sloping ceiling (1.80m at its lowest point), you'll find a bedroom with 3 single beds (2 of which can be twinned), a bedroom with 4 twin single beds (90cm), a shower room and a separate toilet.
Holiday cottage Océan (H85G031910) comprises a living room/kitchen with TV and pool table, a bedroom with 4 twin beds (90cm) and private bathroom/WC (shower and bath), a bedroom with a 160cm bed, a bedroom with two twin beds (90cm), a shower room and separate WC. This Holiday cottage is on the first floor, but has interior steps.
You'll enjoy a vast outdoor space with terraces, barbecues, garden furniture, two heated (minimum 22°C) swimming pools (2.5 x 4 m and 5 x 10 m) accessible from May 1 to September 30, a communal area with swing, XXL trampoline, large boules area, ping-pong table, badminton net and soccer goals. Private parking below (100 m) with bike rack.

The Holiday cottages are adjoining the owners' home.

End-of-stay cleaning, beds made on arrival, towels and pool towels included.
