On the first floor, this Holiday cottage offers a living room/kitchen with pellet stove, table soccer and piano, three bedrooms (2 with 2 twin beds 90 and 1 with a bed 160), each with private shower room and WC, and a laundry room. Upstairs, you'll find 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds (90cm) and 2 pull-out beds (80cm), a mezzanine with a sitting area and a bathroom/WC. The living room leads to the Wellbeing area with heated indoor pool (6.50 x 3 m), 6-seater Spa and shower room/WC. Outside, you'll enjoy 2,900 m² of unfenced grounds with terrace (bioclimatic pergola, garden furniture, lounge, plancha), Kids' play area and parking space. You'll also find 5 bicycles at your disposal.
