Upstairs, you'll find an air-conditioned living room/kitchen and a second toilet. From the kitchen, you have access to the outdoor area (5 steps) comprising a wooden terrace and an unenclosed wooded garden with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. A personal shed is available for storing bicycles. A private parking space is available at the front of the house.
The accommodation is adjacent to another Holiday cottage (H85G024792) and close to three other Holiday cottages (H85G010167, H85G014674, H85G019114).
Nearby amenities include a bus stop for La Roche sur Yon (200 m), a sailing club and pier for Ile d'Yeu (3 km), and a swimming pool (8 km).
