This renovated house offers an air-conditioned living room/lounge/kitchen, an air-conditioned bedroom (1 bed 160) with 2-seater Spa, a shower room and a separate toilet. Outside, you'll enjoy an enclosed garden with terrace, garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. An enclosed shed is also available for storing your bicycles.
In Low Season 2025, if you go out on a Sunday, you can take advantage of it until 5:00 pm.
Bed linen, bed made on arrival, heating and air conditioning included.
Optional: End-of-stay cleaning: €50/stay; towels: €8/person/stay.
Optional: Romantic option at 150€ (whatever the length of stay) including cleaning, bed linen, towels, 1 bottle of champagne and a sexy gift box.

Pierre Le logement est bien agencé et donc très fonctionnel. L'endroit est très calme, reposant. Le spa est la cerise sur le gâteau, détente bien être assurés.

Frédéric Gîte indépendant, très propre, très bien équipé, séjour parfait.
Logement très confortable, au calme, idéal pour un séjour en couple près de Noirmoutier. Tout à fait conforme aux photos. Je recommande ce logement et la propriétaire est très sympathique.

Location très confortable, bon accueil de Carine,situé à 10mn du port du bec ,je recommande. Bonne adresse sur le port pour déguster de très bons fruits de mer chez belon accueil très sympathique également.
