This basement house comprises a living room/kitchen with ornamental wood-burning stove, a bedroom with a 140cm bed, a bedroom with a 160cm bed, a bathroom with shower and bath and a separate toilet. On the garden level, you'll find a kitchenette (microwave, fridge), a lounge area with video projector, a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a shower room/WC (sanibroyeur). The various spaces on the garden level are separated by curtains. A small staircase (5 steps) leads from the living room to the outside. The enclosed garden features a terrace with garden furniture and a lounge, as well as a covered swimming pool (7.35 x 3.50 m) heated from mid-June to mid-September.
