Stay in southern Vendée and discover the Marais Poitevin Regional Nature Park (10 km) and the Mervent-Vouvant forest (15 km), where you'll find the Pierre-Brune Park and Natur'Zoo. You can also enjoy a swim at Lake Chassenon (4 km) or visit the Faymoreau mining center (9 km). For more distant excursions, head for the coast to La Rochelle (53 km) or L'Aiguillon-la-Presqu'île (60 km), or the theme parks of Puy du Fou (71 km) and Futuroscope (109 km).

This single-storey Bungalow (accessed by a step) offers an entrance hall, a living room/kitchen with decorative fireplace, a bedroom with a 160cm bed, two bedrooms with a 140cm bed, a bedroom with 2 90cm beds, a shower room, a separate WC and a shower room/WC. Enclosed grounds with two terraces, garden furniture, picnic table, barbecue, relaxation area, deckchairs and swing for Kids. A few goats and a hen can be seen in the adjoining grounds. There are three private parking spaces, and shared access to the owners' grounds. Bed linen and towels included. Optional: End-of-stay cleaning: €70/stay. Additional charges: tourist tax; meter-read heating (deduction of 35 kWh per day - payable on site).
