This renovated former cowshed, which sleeps a maximum of 6 people, welcomes you all year round. It's located in a hamlet of 5 houses in the Countryside, 15 km from the Sea and 7 km from the O'Fun Park and O'Gliss water and leisure parks. Covered courtyard entrance with table tennis, Smoby table soccer for Kids and darts. Relaxation room with 6-seater Jacuzzi and adjoining shower room/wc, Laundry room with washing machine available from 4 nights. Ground floor: open space with 1 fully-equipped kitchen, 1 relaxation lounge, 1 TV lounge, 1 separate toilet with washbasin. Upstairs (sleeping area): 3 bedrooms: > CH 1: with (1 bed 160), > CH2: with (2 beds 90 closeable), > CH 3: with (2 beds 90 closeable), 1 Umbrella bed available on request, 1 shower room, separate toilet, bathroom with toilet. ARE INCLUDED IN OUR PRICES: --> Use of jacuzzi, sheets, comforters, pillowcases, towels (1 large and 1 small)/person, bath mats and tea towels for stays of 7 nights. Extra charge to be paid directly to the owner: --> for short stays of less than 7 nights, towels are optional; we can supply them for €8 per person, to be booked in advance. --> The 600 m² private garden is equipped with 1 pergola (garden furniture, swing, fixed barbecue, deckchairs, boules area). Rental: 2 nights minimum outside school vacations (3 or 4 nights long weekends) and weekly in summer (Saturday to Saturday).

A parking lot designed for a maximum of 4 cars (do not park outside the parking lot) is not suitable for Campsites or Caravans. Any additional person not notified and not provided for in the contract will result in cancellation of the rental with no possibility of reimbursement.
