On the ground floor, this house features a spacious living/dining/kitchen area (with a lounge and TV room) and a separate restroom with a sink. Upstairs, you’ll find three bedrooms, each equipped with a quiet ceiling fan: one bedroom with a 160-cm bed and two bedrooms with two 90-cm beds that can be pushed together, a shower room, a separate toilet, and a bathroom with a toilet. The entrance is through a covered patio where you’ll find a ping-pong table, a foosball table for kids, and a dartboard. From this covered patio, you’ll have access to the relaxation area with a 6-person Spa and a shower room/toilet, as well as the laundry room (available only for stays of 4 nights or more). The 600 m² private garden features a terrace under a pergola (with patio furniture), a playground (with swings), a built-in barbecue, lounge chairs, and a bocce court. There is parking for 4 cars on the property.
