Stay in north-western Vendée and discover the City of Challans (7 km), and the beaches of Saint-Jean-de-Monts, Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie, Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez (15 km) or Brétignolles sur Sea (23 km). Continue your tour of the coastline by heading for Noirmoutier via the Passage du Gois (30 km), or Les Sables d'Olonne (38 km), City of the Vendée Globe.

This studio comprises a living room with a 140cm sofa bed, a shower room/WC and a mezzanine with a 160cm bed. There's a private terrace (garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs) and 4000 m² of shared grounds with a heated indoor swimming pool (4 x 8m), open from April to October, kids' play area, pétanque court and ping-pong table. You can park several cars on site, and leave your bikes in an outbuilding (not lockable) where you'll also find a washing machine.

The property is located in the immediate vicinity of the owners' farm (cattle, poultry).
