This Holiday cottage is located in the heart of the medieval town of Vouvant, which has been awarded the "Petite Cité de Caractère®" and "Plus Beaux Villages de France®" labels. Close to the Pierre Brune park (7.7 km) and the Mervent Forest (8 km), this gîte will enable you to discover the riches of southern Vendée through the village of Foussais-Payré (9.2 km), not forgetting of course a visit to the Marais Poitevin Regional Nature Park (Venise Verte 30 km away).

On the first floor, you'll find a living room/kitchen (accessed by a step), a bedroom with two 140cm beds, a shower room and a separate toilet. A wide old spiral staircase takes you to the first floor, where you'll find a living room with exposed beams (1.50 m high) and a mini-billiard table, a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and two single beds (90cm), a shower room and a separate toilet. Outside, you'll enjoy a private terrace overlooking the owners' vegetable garden (garden furniture, barbecue), as well as access to part of the owners' grounds. You'll also benefit from a private parking space (2 cars) in front of the house.

The Semi-detached house is attached to the owners' dwelling.
