This house has four levels. On the first floor (accessed by 5 steps), you'll find a living room/kitchen with decorative fireplace. The second floor features a green bedroom with 3 single beds (2 of which can be twinned), a blue bedroom with 2 twin single beds (90cm), a washbasin and bathtub, and a shower room/WC. On the second floor, with sloping ceilings (minimum height: 1 m), you'll find the chocolate room with 2 twin beds 90, the terracotta room with 3 twin beds 90, and a shower room/WC. The basement features a gaming room with TV, table soccer, board games and speaker, a laundry room and a toilet. You'll enjoy enclosed grounds with garden furniture, barbecue and deckchairs, and access to a barn where you'll find table and chairs, table tennis and outdoor games. Private parking for 4 cars is available behind the property. The property is close to a leisure and after-school center.
