Enjoy a riverside stay in the Countryside, in this former watermill located 8 km from the center of Chantonnay and its 4-day Hiking trail (Ascension weekend), 20 km from the Bazoges-en-Pareds dungeon and 25 km from the famous Puy du Fou.

This Bungalow offers a living room/kitchen with open fireplace, a bedroom with a double bed and a baby bed, a shower room, a separate toilet, a gaming room, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a double bed and two single beds and a shower room/WC. From the outside, you'll also have access to a storeroom with washing machine and freezer. You'll enjoy a vast outdoor space. To the north, a terrace overlooking the river (garden furniture, electric barbecue) gives access via a staircase to the grounds below, which run alongside the river, including an island accessible via a footbridge, at the end of which is an area set aside for Fishing (fishing licence required). Gates close off access to the terrace stairs. To the south, opposite the house, you'll find a terrace with a covered summer kitchen (tables, chairs, barbecue, gas stove, deckchairs, darts...), above which you'll find a fully enclosed orchard. A carport is at your disposal. Non-smoking accommodation. Access to the cottage is via a path.
