The holiday cottage consists, on the ground floor, of a large living room/kitchen, a sitting area, a restroom, a first bedroom (accessible to people with reduced mobility, 1 160-bed) with a private shower room/toilet and a bay window providing independent access, two bedrooms (each with a 160-bed), a bathroom (shower + bathtub), and another separate toilet. Upstairs, there are four additional bedrooms (each with a 160-bed), two shower rooms, and a separate toilet. Wi-Fi. Outside, there is a terrace with a pergola (2 picnic tables, gas griddle), grounds of approximately 2,000 m², and a Piscine (4 x 10.3 m) heated from April 15 to October 30. The property is located in the immediate vicinity of two farms (goat and cattle). Nearby: Lake 500 m away, the medieval town of Vouvant 14 km away, the Mervent Forest and Natur’Zoo 19 km away, the city of Fontenay-le-Comte 28 km away, Puy du Fou 40 km away, Marais Poitevin Regional Nature Park at 50 km.
