This renovated Holiday cottage, located in the center of the village, offers you, on the first floor (access by 6 steps), a living room/kitchen with TV (Orange TV and Canal +), and a sleeping area accessed by 5 steps where you'll find: a bedroom equipped with a double bed (140cm), a bedroom equipped with 2 twin beds (90cm) and a shower room/WC. Upstairs is 1 attic bedroom (1.40m at its lowest point) with velux window (2 twin beds 90). There's a private fenced garden for your four-legged friend to frolic in, and a wooden terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, plancha and barbecue. Parking is available in a free public parking lot 100 m away. The cottage has its own entrance and is located in the immediate vicinity of the owners' home. Events, meetings and parties are not permitted. Bed linen (beds made on arrival) and towels included. Optional: Housekeeping package: €60/stay. Extra for professionals: Housekeeping package: €60/stay. Extra: Visitor's tax; Electric heating package: €8/day (payable on site to the owner).

LE FIGUIER awaits you in the heart of a small town of 1,200 inhabitants. Unfortunately, or perhaps just as well for some, the rooster's crow has died out in the kettles, but the village is alive all year round: the doves are cooing, the church bells are ringing, the tractors are out in the fields, the baker is making good bread, and the shops are within easy reach on the main street where we are located.
Discovering protected natural areas, admiring the old stones of La Rochelle, Saint Martin de Ré or Rochefort, embarking on the Venise Verte, enjoying endless beaches - all these leisure activities are close to our gîte. A short drive will take you to the Puy du Fou, Les Sables d'Olonne, Royan or Marennes Oléron.
When you arrive, you'll find: beds made (mainly cotton), TV & Wifi - kitchen and all recent appliances.
Bicycle paths are nearby, and you can store your bikes under cover.

Gîte très propre et bien équipé.
