In the center of town, renovated Holiday cottage on private property, independent access and garden. Access to Holiday cottage by steps (see photo), Ground floor: living room/kitchen - Access via 3 steps to 2 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm) - 2nd bedroom with 2 twin beds (90cm) (see photo) - Shower room/WC - Upstairs: 1 attic bedroom (1.40m at lowest point) with Velux window, in second daylight (2 windows overlooking living room.) (2 twin beds (90cm), see photo ). Wifi access. Fenced garden where your four-legged friend can frolic, wooden terrace (garden furniture, deckchairs, plancha, barbecue). The house is located near the Vendée beaches and La Venise Verte, between La Rochelle, L'Ile de Ré and La Faute sur Sea; 3/4 hour from Les Sables d'Olonne, 30 minutes from La Rochelle, 1h15 from Nantes and Le Puy du Fou. We do not accept: Events / Meetings / Parties.

LE FIGUIER - South Vendée,
Halfway between La Rochelle and the Vendée beaches
LE FIGUIER awaits you in the heart of a small town of 1,200 inhabitants. Unfortunately, or perhaps just as well for some, the rooster's crow has died out in the kettles, but the village is alive all year round: the doves are cooing, the church bells are ringing, the tractors are out in the fields, the baker is making good bread, and the shops are within easy reach on the main street where we are located.
Discovering protected natural areas, admiring the old stones of La Rochelle, Saint Martin de Ré or Rochefort, embarking on the Venise Verte, enjoying endless beaches - all these leisure activities are close to our gîte. A short drive will take you to the Puy du Fou, Les Sables d'Olonne, Royan or Marennes Oléron.
When you arrive, you'll find: beds made (mainly cotton), TV & Wifi - kitchen and all recent appliances.
Bicycle paths are nearby, and you can store your bikes under cover.
