On the ground floor (accessible by steps), you'll find a living room/kitchen with wood-burning stove and 140cm sofa-bed. On a half-floor, there's a storage/laundry area (washing machine). Upstairs are 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140) (1 bed 160), a shower room and separate WC. Wooden beams, evidence of the old building, cross the hallway and the bedrooms at mid-height. A private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue is available, as is a shared garden. There's a private parking space in front of the house, and a Public parking lot 200m away.
