Fully-equipped character house in La Boissière-de-Montaigu, ideal for family or friends. Sleeps up to 15, with 5 bedrooms, large bright living room and functional kitchen. Enjoy a peaceful setting in the Countryside, close to the Puy du Fou (20 min). Parking and modern comforts ensure a pleasant, relaxing stay.

Enjoy full access to the house, including a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher and two refrigerators (one with freezer). The laundry room with washing machine is also at your disposal. On the first floor, you'll find a bedroom with a double bed, a full bathroom and a toilet. The 45m² living room with wood-burning stove and TV is open-plan, as is the dining room. Upstairs there are four bedrooms with double and single beds, and one with a double bed and a baby bed. Two full bathrooms (one with shower and one with shower and bath) and a separate toilet complete the offer. Outdoor access is also included.

Linen (sheets, towels, bath mats and tea towels) is available as an optional extra at a cost of 9 euros per person for your entire stay. End-of-stay cleaning is included in your booking. All we ask is that you leave the property in a clean and tidy condition, and that you clean all used appliances.
