Sheltered by the dunes and the moulin de la Bosse, this house is ideal for exploring the island of Noirmoutier. You'll find yourself 200 m from the Forest, 400 m from La Bosse Beach, and can also take advantage of the salt marshes (1.2 km) and Morin harbor (1.2 km).

Located on a dune, this Holiday cottage offers, on the first floor, a living room/kitchen with wood-burning stove (available on request), 2 bedrooms each with a 160cm bed and private shower room, a separate toilet and a laundry room. Upstairs, you'll find a study area on the landing, a third bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed and en-suite shower room, a final bedroom with 2 x 90cm twin beds and 2 x 90cm bunk beds, en-suite shower room (double shower), and a separate WC. Outside, you'll enjoy enclosed grounds, part of which slope down, with a terrace (garden furniture, barbecue) and small swimming pool (3 x 3 m) heated from May to September. At the front of the house, a private driveway provides parking for two cars, and a bicycle rack is at your disposal.Heating included.
