Holiday cottage in a renovated farmhouse in the heart of the Marais Breton, adjoining another Holiday cottage and close to three other Holiday cottages. On the first floor, you'll enjoy a living room with lounge and kitchen. Two fully-equipped bedrooms: one with a 160 cm bed and the other with twin 90 cm beds. A shower room and separate WC complete the ensemble. Outside, you'll enjoy a private, enclosed 100 m² plot with equipped terrace (garden furniture, barbecue, two deckchairs) and private Spa (included from May to September, and optional at €100 per week outside this period). You'll also benefit from a shared heated indoor swimming pool (3.6 x 9.6 m), open from May to September. Fishing pontoon on site, accessible to the disabled.
