On the first floor, this renovated house comprises an entrance hall, a living room, a kitchen/dining room, two bedrooms (accessed by 1 step) with 160cm beds, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, and a separate toilet. On the attic floor (accessed via a narrow staircase), you'll find an alcove with a 90cm bed and a dormitory with 3 90cm beds (sleeping in this dormitory is not recommended for adults). Outside, you'll find a 200m² enclosed garden planted with trees. You'll find a terrace with garden furniture, a plancha, deckchairs and a bike storage rail. A patio with garden furniture is also accessible from the kitchen. A small garage with washing machine, tumble dryer and a second fridge is at your disposal.

Free parking is available in adjacent streets, as well as in two paid parking lots 200m away.
