Holiday cottage in a renovated barn in the heart of the Marais Breton, adjoining two other holiday cottages. On the first floor, you'll enjoy a living room with kitchen. Two fully-equipped bedrooms: one with a 160 cm bed and the other with twin 90 cm beds. Outside, you'll enjoy 150 m² of private enclosed grounds with a fully-equipped terrace (garden furniture, barbecue, two deckchairs). A three-seater covered multi-jet spa is available with private access (included from May to September and €100/week outside this period). There's also a communal heated indoor swimming pool (3.6 x 9.6 m), open from May to September, and a fishing pontoon with disabled access. The property is adjoined by two other Holiday cottages (H85G010477 and H85G010479) and close to 3 others (H85G010480, H85G010481, H85G010482).
