This Holiday cottage is housed in an old building. On the first floor, you'll find a living room/kitchen, a sitting room with TV, a shower room and a toilet. Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms, one with a 160cm bed and the other with two 90cm beds, plus a toilet. You'll enjoy a 500 m² private landscaped area with terrace (garden furniture, barbecue) and outdoor games. You can park your car on site, and there's a socket for recharging electric cars (extra charge).
The Semi-detached house is attached to the owner's home.
Bed linen and towels provided. Heating included.
Optional: End-of-stay cleaning: €60/stay.
In addition: Tourist tax; Electric car recharge on meter reading (to be paid on site).

Véronique Très bon séjour
Maison située dans un coin très calme, reposant et au cœur de la Vendée permettant de naviguer entre le marais poitevin et la côte vendéenne. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour. Merci aux propriétaires des lieux pour leur accueil.

Françoise Gite trés agreable
Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans un gite très bien équipé avec une déco très sympa, jardin ombragé très appréciable lors des fortes chaleurs ..En bordure de la foret , la mise a disposition de vélos permet d'aller chercher son pain au village proche par un chemin forestier ... le bonheur !!!! nous avons pu aller au puy du fou et a l'océan ... parfait .. La cerise sur le gâteau c'est la gentillesse de ses hôtes qui sont plein de petites attentions et bienveillants ... Merci .

Tout est conforme à la description. La maison est très agréable, décorée avec bon goût. La literie est confortable. Même quand les températures sont chaudes, l'intérieur reste bien. A 45 minutes du Puy du fou incontournable, plus ou moins 1h sousuivant les plages et il y a d'autres activités plus proches. La promenade autour du lac dans la forêt à côté est magnifique. Les hôtes sont charmants.
