La Moqueuse

La Moqueuse welcomes you to the heart of the island of Noirmoutier, 2 km from the magnificent Luzeronde beach. You'll enjoy an ideal location for getting around the island without a car, as you'll be 30 m from a bus stop (Gratibus in service from July to September) and 100 m from cycle paths.

This fully renovated Vendée house comprises a spacious living room (decorative fireplace) extended by a rounded alcove (access by 1 step), an open kitchen, two bedrooms (1 bed 140) (2 beds 90) and a shower room/WC equipped with an Italian-style shower. Outside, you'll find a large 900 m² enclosed garden with trees, with a terrace at the front (garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue). Two gates allow you to park your vehicle on the plot. You can also store your bicycles in a small garage next to the house.
Access to the house requires 4 steps, and all rooms are on one level. The environment is calm and you'll find yourself halfway between the Port de l'Herbaudière and the center of Noirmoutier.
