With a surface area of approx. 72 m², the house (accessible via a few outside steps) comprises an entrance hall, independent toilet, living room/kitchen and small laundry room with washing machine on the first floor. The 1st floor comprises a bedroom (1 bed 140), bathroom and WC, and a second bedroom (1 bed 160) with private shower room.
