With family or friends, in the heart of Les Sables d'Olonne, the famous Vendée Globe City, come and enjoy this Sablaise house located 400m from the Beach and the lively Remblai, and 50m from shops, markets and boutiques. The house is located in a pedestrian street, so discover the City center and benefit from "everything on foot" (beach and relaxation, Casino des Atlantes, Remblai swimming pool and bike paths).

With a surface area of around 110 m², the house (accessible by a few outside steps) comprises an entrance hall, an independent toilet, a living room/kitchen and a small laundry room with washing machine on the first floor. The house comprises 2 night sections on the upper floor. On the 1st floor, the first part comprises a bedroom (1 bed 140), bathroom and WC, and a second bedroom (1 bed 160) with private shower room.
On the other side of the living area (steps), accessible via a second staircase, the second part comprises a 1st-floor master bedroom (1 bed 160 / possibility of twin beds 80) with en-suite shower room and WC; and a 2nd-floor fourth bedroom (1 bed 140) with cupboards.
Private garage for small car, with tumble dryer available.
