Garage for storing bicycles under cover, with laundry area (washing machine and tumble dryer). Wifi internet access. Outside, enclosed garden with table and chairs, deckchairs. Electric plancha available. Access to the accommodation is via a small step. Nearby: cycle paths 300 m away, shops 800 m away, landing stages for Ile d'Yeu (Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie landing stage 15 km away, Fromentine landing stage 19 km away), Noirmoutier bridge 20 km away.
