Stay in the heart of the Vendée bocage and enjoy nature just a stone's throw from a footpath leading to the Bois Verts pond (3 km). The Base de loisirs du Lake de la Tricherie and the Tépacap Vendée leisure park (6.6 km) offer a wide range of outdoor activities. Don't miss a visit to the famous Puy du Fou (14 km), and for landscape lovers, the Maulévrier Oriental Park (42 km).

On the first floor (accessed by 6 steps), you'll find a kitchen/living room, a lounge with arcade terminal and pellet stove, a separate toilet and a laundry room (accessed by 4 steps) with an external door for storing bicycles. Upstairs, you'll find a first bedroom with a 160cm bed, a second bedroom with a 160cm bed and two 90cm bunk beds, a shower room, a separate toilet, and a last bedroom with a 160cm bed, a shower, a washbasin and an adjoining room with storage space and a baby bed. Outside, you'll enjoy an enclosed terrace with pergola, garden furniture, barbecue and 6-seater Spa accessible from April to mid-November. Outside this period, access to the Spa is available on request, at an additional cost. You'll also have access to an unfenced plot at the rear of the house, bordering the D11. Parking for 2 cars is possible in the old open barn adjoining the house.
