La Maison de Vacances

Enjoy a stay in the countryside, halfway between the beaches of Le Veillon (Talmont-Saint-Hilaire) and Tanchet (Les Sables-d'Olonne). Ideal for outdoor enthusiasts, this gîte is 6 km from Lac de Finfarine, 19 km from O'Gliss and O'Fun Park, and 22 km from Le Grand Défi. With a 7-seater spa, ping-pong table and musical instruments, there's no shortage of entertainment on site!

The first floor features a living room/kitchen (accessed by 2 steps) with wood-burning stove, a second living room with musical instruments, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, you'll find a separate toilet, as well as 4 bedrooms, each with a private shower room, including 1 bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and 3 bedrooms with 2 twin beds (80cm). Outside, you'll enjoy 1,000m² of unenclosed grounds, including a terrace (garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs) with year-round access to a 7-seater spa, and views over the countryside. At the front of the house, you'll find an outdoor space shared with two other accommodations, complete with ping-pong table. There's also a shared laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers.

The house adjoins the owner's hypnosis practice. Another gîte and an unusual accommodation (not approved by Gîtes de France) are located on site.

Bed linen, towels and gas heating included.
Optional: End-of-stay cleaning: €100/stay; wood for stove supplied by owner, at €30/week (payable on site).
