This Bungalow offers a living room/kitchen with reversible air conditioning, a bedroom with a 160cm bed, a bedroom with 2 90cm beds, a bedroom with a 160cm bed, a shower room and separate toilet. Outside, you'll find a private, unfenced plot with picnic table, barbecue, armchairs and ping-pong table. The grounds are bordered by streams and fields, where you can watch grazing cattle for part of the year. Dedicated parking is available at the entrance to the grounds.
The house is close to the owners' accommodation.
Heating included and bed linen included.
Optional: End-of-stay cleaning: €60/stay; bathroom linen hire: €8/person.
In addition: Tourist tax.

Claire Excellente destination à l'écart de la foule estivale
Chaleureux contact avec Stéphanie et sa famille (avant et jusqu'à notre départ) très attentionnés qui ont répondu à toutes nos attentes (bons plans commerçants, restaurants, feu d'artifice, tout petits détails.. .)
Gite très bien décoré, très bien équipé, jardin très agréable.
Pendant les fortes chaleurs, le gîte garde la fraîcheur et permet les courants d'air.
2ème locataire de ce Gîte de France récent et réservé au dernier moment en dernier recours à proximité de la mer (choix de la plage facile) et de toutes commodités en voiture (Le Perrier, Challans, Saint-Jean de Monts) nous en avons profité au maximum.
