A renovated older detached house located in a hamlet, 200 meters from an active farm.

Ground floor: open-concept living/kitchen area, living room, half-bath, shower room, laundry room (with washing machine). Upstairs (accessible from the living room): you will find 3 bedrooms accessible from the living room, equipped respectively with a 160 cm bed + a 90 cm bed, 3 90 cm beds, a 140 cm bed, a toilet, and a shower room. Through the laundry room, you’ll reach the second part of the upper floor, featuring an attic bedroom with a 140-cm bed and two 90-cm beds. At the front, you’ll have access to an 800 m² landscaped area (terraces, pergola) and a shed, and at the back, a 1,000 m² enclosed landscaped area (70 m² terrace, garden furniture, barbecue).

Housekeeping included (additional charge for business travelers: €150/stay).
Optional extras: Sheet rental for 1 or 2 people: €10/stay.

Additional charges: Tourist tax; Electric heating: oil-filled radiators, main meter reading (minus 8 kWh per day for standard usage): to be paid on site.
