Located in the La Linière residence, this renovated house comprises, on the first floor, an entrance hall, a kitchen, a living room with fireplace, a first bedroom (1 bed 160) with private shower room/WC, a WC, then in a part of the house accessible by 1 step, a shower room and 2 other bedrooms, one equipped with 2 beds 90 and one equipped with 1 bed 90 + 2 Bunk beds 90. Upstairs, you'll find a fourth bedroom (1 bed 160) with private bathroom/WC. All bedrooms, with the exception of bedroom 3 (with Bunk beds), have direct access to the outside. A laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer) is accessible from the garden. The enclosed grounds are planted with trees and feature a terrace, garden furniture, deckchairs and a gas barbecue. You'll also have access to the residence's shared facilities: a tennis court and a room with a table tennis table (rackets and balls supplied) 200m from the house.

A private parking space is available in front of the house. Other parking spaces for visitors to the residence are 100m away.

The accommodation is in the immediate vicinity of the owners' home.
