Situated in the Countryside, this house offers a first floor accessible to people with reduced mobility, comprising a living room/kitchen, two bedrooms each with 2 single beds (90cm) and one double bed (140cm) (PMR adapted rooms), a shower room/WC (PMR adapted), and a linen room. The living room opens onto the centerpiece of this Holiday cottage: a large air-conditioned relaxation area with 6-seater Spa, sauna and table soccer, opening onto the terrace, and also providing access to a second shower room and separate WC. Upstairs (with a slight sloping ceiling), you'll find a new lounge area, 4 bedrooms (one with 2 90cm beds, 3 with 140cm beds), a shower room and a separate toilet. Outside, you'll enjoy a 500m² plot with terrace (garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs) and private parking. Farms (livestock and crops) are located around 1 km from the accommodation.
