This apartment, located on the first floor of the owner's home, comprises an independent entrance hall on the first floor, and on the first floor, a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140cm), a shower room and an independent toilet. The first bedroom leads onto a 15 m² terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs.
A parking space is reserved opposite the Holiday cottage entrance.
The house is on the edge of the D137.
All-inclusive price (heating, end-of-stay cleaning, sheets and towels).

Valérie Bel appartement spacieux et bien équipé. Seul bémol, la circulation sur la nationale
Propriétaire bienveillant, accueillant et discret. Il est surtout de très bons conseils pour les sites à visiter et pour nous aider dans l’organisation de la sortie au Puy du Fou. Appartement très agréable, doté d’une terrasse à l’ombre pour les repas matin et soir. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir pour profiter de la beauté et l’histoire de la Vendée.
