Its location provides easy access to the beaches and seaside resorts along the Vendée coast: Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez, 10 km away, Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie, 13 km away, Saint-Jean-de-Monts, 17 km away, and Les Sables-d’Olonne, 35 km away. Surrounded by the sea, marshes, and bike paths, enjoy a vacation filled with walks, markets, and seaside activities.

This single-story holiday cottage features an entryway that opens onto a living area with a living room, sitting room, and kitchen. You’ll also have access to a utility room, a pantry, and a separate half-bath.

The sleeping area includes three bedrooms: two bedrooms, each furnished with a 140-cm double bed, and a third bedroom with two 90-cm electric beds. A bathroom and a second separate toilet complete the layout.

Outside, you’ll enjoy a first terrace with a pergola, patio furniture, and a barbecue, as well as a second terrace offering another relaxing space near the Piscine.

The enclosed, private garden features a private unheated pool (4 × 10 m) and an outdoor shower. A garden shed is available for storing bicycles. Private parking is provided.
