La Borderie du Peuble

The Marais Girard beach is 3.5 km away. The gîte is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in the hamlet of Le Peuble. It is housed in a traditional Vendée house adjoining an old barn on a 900 m² property. There are 2 enclosed outdoor areas. Garden: terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Poolside: terrace with lounge area. The private pool is heated and open from June to September. The cycle path is nearby. You'll be surprised by the ambiance of the living room, a blend of modern and vintage, and by its size. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom.

The Holiday cottage comprises a spacious living room/kitchen, 2 toilets and 4 bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms: 2 bedrooms with 1 x 160cm bed and 2 bedrooms with 2 x 80cm twin beds. The 2 twin-bedded rooms have sloping ceilings (1.60 m at the lowest point), accessed by a step. One of the 160-bed bedrooms is accessible to people with reduced mobility. Wifi access. Laundry and storage facilities outside. Near the Piscine, an outdoor shower.
Main room heated by pellet stove during heating season (2 bags supplied).
In addition: Electric heating package (night-time part): €15/night during heating season (to be paid on site) + extra pellet bags (€6).
