Discover La Borderie du Marais, a spacious and friendly Holiday cottage located in the heart of a preserved nature reserve in the Marais Breton Vendéen. Surrounded by 70 hectares of wetlands classified as Espace Naturel Sensible, this secluded house offers a privileged setting for getting together, sharing and enjoying a unique environment. Perfect for holidays with family or friends, this peaceful Holiday cottage can accommodate up to 11 people. You'll find all the comforts you need: a large shaded terrace under a pergola, a panoramic terrace overlooking the marsh and a relaxation area with Jacuzzi and sauna. Depending on the season, guided walks (free of charge) are offered on site to discover the fauna, flora and functioning of this remarkable ecosystem. Ideally located for exploring the jewels of the region, you'll be close to the island of Noirmoutier and its famous Passage du Gois, as well as the seaside town of Pornic. Between jaunts to the beaches of Saint-Jean-de-Monts or La Bernerie-en-Retz, you can discover local treasures in the immediate vicinity, such as the Île Chauvet Abbey or the typical little ports that make up the authentic charm of the Marais Breton Vendéen.

This renovated house offers, on the first floor, a laundry room, a living room/kitchen equipped with a dart board and a veranda with an exceptional view of the marsh (observation kit available for wildlife watching). A corridor leads to the first two bedrooms (each with a 160cm bed), a shower room, a WC (access by 1 step), and a relaxation area. From here, you'll access a Wellbeing area with shower, Sauna and 4-seater Spa, and a second independent WC, as well as a third bedroom (1 bed 160) and its annex (2 beds 80). Upstairs, you'll find a final bedroom (1 bed 160 and 1 bed 80) with private shower room and WC.

Outside, you'll find an enclosed garden with a partially shaded terrace (garden furniture, chilian chairs, gas plancha), as well as a second terrace on the first floor from which you can once again observe the surrounding countryside.

To preserve the tranquillity of Biodiversity, the natural meadows are not accessible outside guided walks. They are dedicated to welcoming wildlife and grazing the cows and sheep that maintain the site.
