Enjoy a stay in the heart of the Marais Poitevin in this Holiday cottage located in the village of Curzon. Its location will enable you to benefit from local services and attractions: Saint-Romain church and crypt (230 m), bar (250 m), water sports on the Lay river (500 m)... A little further afield, you'll find the Cour d'Aron floral park (2.8 km), O'Gliss Park (9 km), the Château des Aventuriers (16 km) and the beaches of La Tranche sur Sea (17 km).

On the garden level, this house comprises a living room/kitchen with decorative fireplace, a bedroom with double bed (140cm) and en-suite shower room, a separate toilet and a storeroom. On the first floor, you'll find two bedrooms with 2 twin 80cm beds, one with a 140cm bed, a shower room and a separate toilet. Outside, you'll find a 3,000 m² wooded park with a first terrace in front of the house (garden furniture, gas plancha, deckchairs...) and a second terrace below the house. There's also a shallow pond where plants and frogs thrive.

Access to the house is via an outside staircase from the street. A private parking space is available for a medium-sized car, parking is free on the street, and free parking is available opposite the church (250 m).
