A renovated, detached farmhouse of 150 m² on a fenced-in lot of 1,000 m². The holiday cottage features, on the ground floor, a living room with a wood pellet stove, a combined living room and kitchen, and a laundry room with a toilet (washing machine, dryer, and a second refrigerator). Upstairs, there are 4 bedrooms with exposed beams: one bedroom with a 140-bed and two 90-beds in a bunk bed configuration (low beams), a dormitory-style bedroom with 4 90-beds that can be joined together, and two bedrooms with a 140-bed each. Two bathrooms with toilets. Fiber-optic Wi-Fi. Outside: a storage shed, games (palet, darts, molki...), a garden with a cabin for kids, and a wooden gazebo with patio furniture and a barbecue. The holiday cottage is located along the D12 road, 3.2 km from the Saint-Vincent-sur-Graon Nautical Base, 14 km from O’Gliss Park, and 10 km from O’Fun Park. New for 2025! A pétanque court is available for your use, as well as a ping-pong table. For weekend reservations, we offer you the option to stay and enjoy your stay until 6:00 PM at no additional cost (provided there is no booking for that same evening, which is very rare).
