This Holiday cottage welcomes you to the north of the Vendée, for a stay to discover the beaches of Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie (13 km) and the Grand Défi leisure park (18 km). It's in the Countryside, but close to the shops in Saint-Révérend (2.5 km) and supermarkets (8 km).

On the first floor, this house comprises a living room/kitchen with connected TV, two shower rooms/WC with PRM access, a laundry room/WC, a bedroom with 2 twin beds (90cm) with PRM access from the outside, a bedroom with a 160cm bed, a bedroom with 2 twin beds (90cm), a bedroom with a 180cm bed and a shower room opening onto the bedroom, and a separate WC. An interior mache separates the living area from the sleeping area. On the first floor, with a slightly sloping ceiling (1.80m at its lowest point), you'll find a bedroom with 3 single beds (2 of which can be twinned), a bedroom with 4 twin beds (90cm), a shower room and a separate toilet. There's a private outdoor area with terrace (garden furniture, barbecues, deckchairs), and heated swimming pool (5 x 10 m) (minimum 22°C) open from May 1 to September 30. There's also a communal area with swing, XXL trampoline, boules pitch, ping-pong table, badminton net and soccer goals. A private parking lot below (100 m) is at your disposal.

The Holiday cottage adjoins another property (H85G031910) and the owners' home, and is close to a cattle farm. Both accommodations can be rented together for 23 people: H85G032179.

End-of-stay cleaning, beds made on arrival, towels and pool towels included.
