Gîte Océan

This Holiday cottage welcomes you to the north of the Vendée, for a stay to discover the beaches of Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie (13 km) and the Grand Défi leisure park (18 km). Situated in the Countryside, it's also close to the small shops of Saint-Révérend (2.5 km) and supermarkets (8 km).

The house comprises a living room/kitchen with TV and pool table, a bedroom with 4 twin beds (90cm) and private bathroom/WC (shower and bath), a bedroom with a 160cm bed, a bedroom with two twin beds (90cm), a shower room and separate WC. There's a private outdoor area with terrace (garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs), and heated (minimum 22°C) Piscine (2.5 x 4 m) open from May 1 to September 30. There's also a communal area with swing, XXL trampoline, large boules pitch, ping-pong table, badminton net and soccer goals. Private parking below (100 m) with bike rack.

The Holiday cottage is adjoined by another property (H85G032178) and the owners' home, and is close to a cattle farm. There are interior steps into the house. Both Holiday cottages can be rented together for 23 people (H85G032179).

End-of-stay cleaning, beds made on arrival, towels and pool towels included.

Additional charges: Visitor's tax; Electric heating on meter reading from 01/10 to 30/04 (deduction of 25 kWh/day - to be paid on site).
