Gite moderne et bien équipé. Bon emplacement pour visiter Les Sables d'Olonne ou La Rochelle
Un grand tapis serait souhaitable pour éviter de salir lorsque l'on rentre.
Enceinte connectée appréciée surtout pour le réveillon du Jour de l'An.
