This house comprises, on the first floor (access via 3 steps), an entrance hall, a first bedroom with dressing room (1 bed 140, TV), a bathroom with shower and bath, an independent WC, a living room (access via 1 step) with wood-burning stove, a kitchen/living room, a linen room, a shower room/WC, a gaming room with table tennis and table soccer, a reception room with sound system and bar area (fridge/freezer, mini-oven) and a heated indoor swimming pool (4 x 8 m), accessible all year round. The first floor features a mezzanine sleeping area (140cm sofa bed), 3 bedrooms (two with 90cm bunk beds and one with a 140cm bed), a shower room and a toilet.
Outside, you'll find an enclosed wooded area with a trampoline and swing for Kids, two terraces (garden furniture, lounge chairs, deckchairs, barbecue) and a pétanque court accessible from the Piscine and reception room.
