Enjoy a stay in Les Herbiers, close to amenities (Restaurant, Cinema 900m away, supermarket 1.6 km away), Mont des Alouettes (2.1 km) and the famous Puy du Fou (11 km). You'll also have the opportunity to explore the Landreau park (800 m), visit the Grainetière abbey (8 km), swim at Lake de la Tricherie (11 km), discover Tiffauges castle (20 km) or stroll through the alleys of Maulévrier oriental park (30 km).

This ground-floor accommodation (accessed via an outside staircase) features a living room/kitchen with sofa bed (140cm), a bedroom with double bed (140cm) and a shower room/WC. There's also a large storeroom for your luggage, where you'll find an additional shower. There's also a private outdoor area with garden furniture, barbecue and deckchairs. From May to September, on request, you'll have access to the indoor swimming pool (4 x 8 m) and adjoining terrace. This option costs €10/day/person. Pool toys and towels are provided. Private parking and access to the owner's garage for bicycles are provided. The owner lives on the first floor of the house. Heating included.
