Southern Vendée welcomes you for a vacation exploring natural sites such as the Mervent Forest (19 km) or the “Green Venice,” the heart of the Marais Poitevin Regional Nature Park (37 km). Not far from the O’Gliss Park Water Park (41 km), you can also enjoy the Atlantic beaches at L’Aiguillon-la-Presqu’île (43 km) or La Rochelle (49 km). Finally, don’t miss a visit to the famous Puy du Fou (56 km)!

On the ground floor, this house features an entryway, a living room, a laundry room, and a kitchen. One step leads to a hallway that connects to a bathroom and a separate toilet. Two more steps lead to the living room, two bedrooms—one with a 160-cm bed and the other with two 90-cm beds—and the sunroom, where you’ll find a pool table for playing American or French pool. You’ll have access to a private, fenced-in property with a terrace, patio furniture, a barbecue, a pétanque court, and a private heated Piscine (9 x 4.50 m) available from April through mid-October. You can park two vehicles on the property.
