On the first floor (accessible by steps), this house offers you a living area with lounge (decorative fireplace)/dining room/kitchen, as well as a bedroom with a 160cm bed and private shower room/WC. Upstairs, you'll find the landing with its library, 2 bedrooms (one with a 160cm bed, the other with twin 80cm beds), each with its own private shower room, and a separate toilet. Outside, you'll enjoy a shaded terrace and a 46m² garden. A laundry room is available in an outbuilding. The Holiday cottage is vertically adjoining the owner's residence. There is no television in the gîte, but games and books are available. You can also enjoy a moment of wellbeing in the on-site massage room (information available from the owner). All-inclusive price: cleaning, bed linen, towels, heating. Pets: only dogs accepted on request.
