Upstairs, you'll find the landing with its library, 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160) (2 twin beds 80) with their own shower room, and an independent toilet. Outside, you'll enjoy a terrace and a 46m² garden. Exterior landscaping in progress. A laundry room is available in a building attached to the gîte. The property is fully enclosed and has private parking.
