You can also discover the Vendée coastline with the beaches of Le Rocher (17 km) and Le Veillon (23 km), as well as the town of Les Sables d'Olonne (27 km).

This renovated house comprises, on the first floor (with interior steps), an entrance hall, a living room, a living room/kitchen, a first bedroom equipped with 2 twin beds 80 and a mezzanine with 1 bed 80 (ceiling height: 0.67 to 1.68m), a second bedroom equipped with 1 bed 160, a third bedroom equipped with 1 bed 140, a bathroom and two independent WCs. On the attic floor, you'll find a sleeping area on the landing with 2 beds 80 (minimum ceiling height: 1.14m), a final bedroom with 1 bed 160, and a shower room/WC communicating with these last two areas. Outside, you'll find a private terrace with a 4-5-seater spa (accessible to adults only), garden furniture and deckchairs. The 10,000m² wooded grounds have a private section, and a section shared with the owners where you'll find a shared heated swimming pool (8x4m) open from mid-May to mid-October (possibility of reserving time slots for private access), a stream, a fishing pond (no-kill only), a pen housing 2 goats and 1 ewe, and a second pen housing 3 hens.
