Holiday cottage du Viaduc welcomes you for a stay close to the Puy du Fou, which you can reach on foot or by bike (2.5 km) or by car (10 km). The Vendée region also has many other treasures to offer: Bioparc de Doué la Fontaine (78 km), Parc Naturel Régional du Marais Poitevin (88 km), the seaside resorts of Les Sables d'Olonne (90 km) and Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie (94 km) or the island of Noirmoutier (139 km).

On the first floor (access via 4 steps + 1 inside step), this house offers a living room/kitchen, two bedrooms, one with a double bed (140cm) and one with 2 single beds (90cm), a shower room and a separate toilet. Outside, you'll enjoy enclosed grounds overlooking the Countryside, where you'll find a first terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, a second terrace with a lounge area, deckchairs, a ping-pong table and outdoor games. On request, you'll also have access to a laundry area where you can use the washing machine or store bicycles under cover. Parking is available in the owners' shared courtyard in front of the house.

The house is semi-detached from the owners' dwelling and is located close to a cattle farm. You'll have the opportunity to observe a variety of animals on site or in the immediate vicinity: chickens, geese, sheep, horses, cows...
