In the heart of the Marais Poitevin Regional Nature Park, this holiday cottage welcomes you for a group stay, 35 km from the beaches of L'Aiguillon sur Sea. You'll have the chance to visit Maillezais Abbey (41 km), the City of La Rochelle (49 km) or the famous Puy du Fou (69 km).

This Holiday cottage consists of two Semi-detached houses (not communicating), built at the beginning of the 20th century. The first house comprises, on the first floor, an entrance hall, a living room with wood-burning stove, a kitchen, a laundry room and a toilet. Upstairs you'll find a bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm) and dressing room, a bedroom with 1 single bed (160cm) + 1 single bed (90cm) and dressing room, a bathroom/WC, a bedroom with 1 single bed (160cm) + 1 single bed (90cm) and private shower room, a bedroom with 1 single bed (90cm) communicating with the latter, and a final bedroom with a single bed (160cm), dressing room and private shower room/WC. The second house comprises a living room/kitchen on the first floor, and on the first floor, a bedroom with 1 bed 160, a bedroom with 2 beds 90, a shower room and a separate toilet. Outside, you'll find a large wooded plot (including fruit trees) with a swing for Kids, a tarmac parking area, a covered play area, two terraces, one of which is partially covered, and a covered, naturally heated (sunny) swimming pool (17x5m), open from early May to September, depending on the season. From the covered terrace, you'll have access to an area with a shower and WC for your convenience when using the swimming pool. At the far end of the grounds, you'll have the opportunity to watch three dwarf goats in their field, below which flows the Smagne river.
